Yoga blocks are a must for any yogi, and their functions are limitless. You find them in every studio but not all of them are created equal.

Yoga blocks are a staple for all yogis as they work towards new poses, try to get deeper stretches, smoother transitions, and increase the resistance and physical workload to get more of a workout. 

Our cork blocks are sized 3 x 6 x 9 inches.  Although not as thick as other blocks you will find that your hand is able to grip the edges better giving you more control and allowing you to exert more strength for increased stability.  The blocks themselves slip far less than the typical "foamies" you come across in many studios.

Finally, cork is a self cleaning material, hypo-allergenic, and antimicrobial.  It is simply more sanitary to have your own blocks than to share.
